In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Pre-Event Testing will be required for all unvaccinated patrons attending our performances.

Pre-Event Testing

  • When purchasing tickets with SISTIC, you will be invited to book your PET slot.
  • Each PET will cost $28-$30 and will be paid by the ticket holder after the PET, on the day of the performance.
  • The PET site will open 90 minutes before the start of the performance, and slots are in half hour intervals.
  • We strongly recommend coming early for PET, as performances will start on time. Patrons not seated by the start of the performance will have to wait for a suitable interval before our ushers can guide you into the theatre.
  • Children 12 years and under are not required to partake in the PET exercise. When purchasing tickets for a child 12 years and under, patrons are required to select the Child’s Ticket option. If the Child’s Ticket is not selected, patrons will not be allowed into the theatre and no refunds will be made.
  • Should a patron test positive for COVID-19, he/she will not be admitted into the theatre. There will be no refunds or exchange of tickets.

Safe-Entry and Seating

  • We strongly advise all patrons to arrive early for your Safe Entry checks.
  • Tickets for all theatre performances will be sold in single-seating and pair-seating combinations only. This is to allow the maximum number of seats possible in the theatre, with proper safe-distancing between patrons.
  • As per our existing terms and conditions, under no circumstances will an exchange or refund of tickets be permitted.
